How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No fees for cancelling.

My free scans ran out — when do they reset?

Free-tier usage resets at the start of each calendar month. Alternatively, upgrade to Pro for unlimited access immediately.

Is my resume data private?

Yes. Your documents are only sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate feedback — they are not shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The AI feedback seems wrong — what should I do?

AI-generated feedback is a starting point, not a final word. If something looks off, try re-analyzing with a more complete resume, or email us and we'll take a look.

I was charged but my account is still on Free.

Payment processing can occasionally take a few minutes. Refresh the page and check Settings. If it's been more than 15 minutes, email franklin10@ptd.net with your account username and we'll resolve it immediately.
